home, tour it, and give you up to one hour of professional advice on how
best to prepare and stage your home from the outside in, using your
existing possessions. We will share tips for displaying your home’s best
features, repositioning your furniture, repairs to be made, . After one hour, you’ve got a game plan to market your home
looking its best.

Consultation with a "Ready for Market Report"
This service includes everything the
walk through consultation offers. In addition, Stage It Atlanta, LLC will
provide you with a detailed written report of the "Top Ten Must Do's"
and an itemized list of the complete staging for both the exterior and interior
of the property. We will make some adjustments during the
consultation to help you get started.
Full Property Staging
We will work with the homeowner to complete full
property staging consisting of completing all the action items on the
Ready for Market Report. We can use the owner's furnishings, bring
in rental furniture, add accessories from the Stage It inventory or any
blended approach to ready the property for the market. Includes
complimentary photos of the staged property for marketing purposes.
Vacant Property Stage It!

Open House Preparation and Reception
A half-day of organization and staging to showcase
your home for an Open House presentation. This service aids both the seller and Real Estate Agent
to achieve the most of their Open
House event in a short period of time.
Stage It to Live (Re-design)
On the redesign day we will work with the
homeowner to de-clutter, organize the home, re-arrange
furnishings for maximum dramatic effect and friendlier flow,
re-accessorize, accent lighting, and define the function of each room in
the house to meet the homeowners needs. This service is great way
to ready the home for company, family, or a fresh look.
